NateOS is a personal automation tool run by Nate Barnett on hardware he owns. It has exactly one user: its owner. It is not sold, not published, and not offered as a service to anyone else.
After the owner grants consent through Google, NateOS can read and write documents, spreadsheets, presentations, Drive files, calendar entries and mail in the owner’s own Google account. It accesses no other account, and it cannot: the credential it holds authorises that one account and nothing else.
Content retrieved from Google is used only to carry out the task the owner asked for, on the machine that asked. It is not sold, not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and not used to train any model. No copy is retained beyond the task that requested it; NateOS keeps no database of Google content.
The only thing stored persistently is the Google credential itself. It lives in a single file on one machine, readable only by the owner’s own account on that machine. It never leaves that host.
The stored credential can be deleted at any time. Consent itself is withdrawn at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which revokes NateOS’s access immediately and independently of anything on this machine.
NateOS’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
